Ventrilo is not a free service. I have found a provider that provides a service called ClanPay:
Everybody will be able to donate/chip in through either PayPal or credit card.
You will find details about ClanPay and prices in Raids -> Voice Chat in the forums.

Current Raid Schedule in Legendary is:
- Wednesdays: ICC 10 Regular, 20-23 server time
- Thursdays: ICC 10 Progression, 20-23 server time
- Fridays & Saturdays: Open for Fun runs, Weekly, VoA etc.
- Sundays: ICC 10 Progression, 20-23 server time
- Mondays: ICC 10 Regular, 20-23 server time
